By using the Secure File Upload application ("the App"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

The App allows users to upload files directly to their personal Google Drive account, organized by subject-based folders. This is a free, personal project with no commercial intent.

3. User Responsibilities

• You are responsible for the files you upload
• You must have the right to upload any content you submit
• You agree not to upload illegal, harmful, or copyrighted material without permission
• You are responsible for managing your Google Drive storage space

4. Data & Privacy

• Files are uploaded directly from your browser to YOUR Google Drive
• No files are stored on any third-party server
• The App does not collect, view, or share your personal data
• You can revoke App access anytime in your Google Account settings

5. No Warranty

The App is provided "as is" without any warranty. The developer is not responsible for:

• Data loss or corruption
• Service interruptions or errors
• Issues with Google Drive API or Google services
• Any damages arising from use of the App

6. Limitation of Liability

The developer (Ashish Gupta) shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the App.

7. Changes to Terms

These Terms may be updated at any time. Continued use of the App constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.

8. Termination

You may stop using the App at any time. The developer reserves the right to discontinue the App at any time without notice.
